NUTRISOIL® is a liquid soil amendment and conditioner specially designed to improve physical, chemical and biological properties of treated soils.

NUTRISOIL® is a water-soluble liquid, which contains high concentration of a complex mix of humic and fulvic acids, derivatives of the leonardite, contributing to restore soil’s chemical and physical properties and to enhance soil’s microbial activity.

NUTRISOIL® helps break up clay and compacted soils, assists in transferring micronutrients from the soil to the plant, enhances water retention, increases seed germination rates and percentages, and stimulates development of microflora populations in soils. It improves the performance of marginally fertile soils, of soils with low native organic matter, and of crops grown in arid regions.

Because of its molecular structure, NUTRISOIL® provides numerous benefits to crop production. ASSEX® 80 WDG Is a selective pot emergence herbicide used for control of problem grasses in sugarcane.

Optimum weed control is obtained when ASSEX® 80 WDG is applied to actively growing grasses and when average daily temperature is grater than 60°F.

ASSEX® 80 WDG can be used in both plant cane and ratoons.

BULLIT® is a novel Bactericide Activator designed specifically for use with EPA registered Bactericides for turf grass, turf and ornamentals and food crops applications. While no pesticidal claims are made for this product, it improves foliar absorption and stomatal entry of Bactericides.

BULLIT® is a proprietary blend of oils, surfactants, penetrants, and activators that enhances bactericide activity allowing its reduced rate while maintaining efficacy.







GIBERELIN® contains Gibberellic Acid, a plant growth regulator of high efficiency which is used to promote the growth of plant roots, stems and leaves, to break dormancy of plant seeds, to accelerate earlier flowering and fruits ripening.

CHAPERONE® represents a novel new fungicide spray activator designed specifically for use with fungicide sprays for turfgrass and crop applications.

CHAPERONE® is a patent-pending formulation that takes advantage of a unique cationic-based surfactant blend in order to provide the professional turfgrass manager with a spray adjuvant that:

Provides superior pesticide spray coverage and deposition characteristics
Assists the fungicide spray deposit to adhere or stick to the leaf surface and slow chemical residue loss
Helps prevent dew formation and promotes faster drying of the leaf surface following rainfall or irrigations
While no pesticide claims are made for the product, its demonstrated activity on the surface of fungal pathogens, may enhance the performance of fungicide spray mixes
Improves foliar absorption and stomatal entry of pesticides.

MAGNET B® is a water-dilutable liquid plant fertilizer containing SYSTEMIC P (as phosphite ion), Ca and Boron.

MAGNET B® is the result of the chemical reaction of Phosphorus Boron and Calcium compounds that promote health stimulant properties such as plant vigor, root health and most importantly flowering, abortion reduction and fruit set.

MAGNET B® formulation has been designed to improve residual activity and reduce pH variations to prevent plant damage.

MAGNET B® can be used on a variety of crops and it is especially recommended on Phosphorous, Calcium and Boron demanding crops such as citrus, fruit trees, tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, melons, rice, tobacco and vegetables in general.
