ExcelAG, Corp. is an American company incorporated in the State of Delaware, with a permit to do business in Florida and with executive headquarters in Miami, Florida.

The company is primarily focused in the manufacturing, formulation, packaging and distribution of proprietary products mainly for exports to the USA, Canada, Europe and Latin America agrochemicals market. It also commercializes some selected commodities for specific market niches.

ExcelAG, Corp. has a product line that includes Systemic Plant Nutrition, Bio-Stimulants, Performance Enhancers Technology, Plant Protection, Plant Growth Regulators, and Soil Correctors. A large majority of these products are already registered in USA, U.K., Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Central America and Caribbean countries.

Our products are formulated in Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, Arkansas and New Jersey in EPA registered plants, via toll formulation contracts. Following distribution companies in Latin America provides local technical, marketing and logistical support:

History

ExcelAG, Corp, was incorporated in January 2001 and started its operations in March 2001.

Priority activities were the achievement of our products registration in targeted Latin American countries.

To date we have achieved over 100 different registrations in various countries, being ExcelAG, Corp., therefore legally qualified to export to said countries.

Our registration program is a continuous process, which allows ExcelAG, Corp. the opportunity to remain competitive in the market with a renewed pipeline of products to better satisfy our customers' needs.

The company started its production and import - export activities in May 2001, targeting at first, major agricultural chemical markets such as Mexico, Honduras and Dominican Republic and is currently doing business in USA, Canada, U.K., Caribbean, Central America and South American markets.

To date, ExcelAG, Corp. has developed its own formulas of specialty biostimulants and nutritionals as well as of Performance Enhancers and Organics. ExcelAG,Corp. has successfully launched several innovative products as part of our product differentiation strategy.
